Welcome to NexaFund. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NexaFund's Website and mobile application (the "Service"), which are based on USDT crypto investments.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our Service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NexaFund if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account via our mobile application. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

3. Deposits, Investments, and Payouts

All transactions on NexaFund are conducted in USDT. To deposit, you must transfer USDT to the provided wallet address and submit the transaction ID (TXID/Hash) and your source wallet address in the app for verification. The minimum deposit amount is 10 USDT.Payouts are processed instantly to your preferred crypto wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USDT. NexaFund is not responsible for any attempted deposits or withdrawals below this minimum limit. All crypto investments carry risk, and reward structures are detailed within the user dashboard.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexaFund, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or any crypto investments made.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexaFund operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
